The Victor of the 66th Hunger Games
Cameron Flinch
District Five
Kill Count: 2
After her encounter with Cable, Cameron swore to avenge the Capitol and rebel against the Hunger Games. Her act of open defiance led her to be known as the 'District Five rebel', and she was never invited to the Capitol for interviews thereafter. Her act left her undesirable, and so when legal, Snow refused to sell her on the fact that many Capitolites found her behaviour crude and unacceptable. It was a blessing in disguise. Cable introduced her to Haymitch Abernathy and Plutarch Heavensbee, the founders of said rebellion. Cameron willingly joined in the memory of the fallen, particularly Jack. She went back home to her family and younger brother, Matt, who she treasured. She managed to provide them all a better life at the cost of her soul.
Her Victor's Tour was smooth, but it wasn't hard for her to feel guilty when in Six and Eight, the families of Gavan and Mirana staring back at her. She promised to make sure it would never happen again; another life would not be spilled. She became an active part in the rebellion alongside Cable, secretly waiting for the right tribute to change things. Over the years in wait, Cameron watched her former mentor, Cable, fall in love with Jack's former mentor, Cordelia. She could only ever picture her and Jack if the situations were different. She mentioned child after child, watching each of them die. She was District Five's last Victor before the Quarter Quell. Cameron soon had Jack's final words to her tattooed on her wrist, 'Fight for me'. It would be her memory of Jack. Cameron managed to hold herself strong; she didn't think she could do it, but she didn't break, not like the Capitol wanted.
She held it altogether in the hopes of a rebellion extinguishing the Hunger Games completely. During the 74th Games, Cameron mentored a bright young girl named Lysandra Newton, dubbed Foxface by one Katniss Everdeen. Katniss Everdeen began the rebellious symbol they needed and Cameron was overjoyed; they would pay. The Quarter Quell came around and past Victors were sent back in. Cameron held her breath as her name was called alongside Cable's. Cordelia went insane; but Cameron would never witness it. She went back into the Games alongside Victors who mentored the tribute she beat. Cable refused to participate and was killed by Finnick Odair during the bloodbath. Cameron held strong and escaped. The plan was simple and Cameron would ensure it happened. She tried to find Katniss to help, when the wave struck. She was killed by the pressure, murmuring the three fateful words she had grown to live by; fight for me. She would never witness the rebellion fail. She was welcomed by the sight of Jack, Mirana and Gavan, playing in the snow once more. Cameron was happy. She had her family back.
Second Place: Garnet Stone
District One
Kill Count: 8
Like Delaney, nobody really missed Garnet. His attitude and nastiness lead many, mainly boys, to come to hate him. Many girls thought he was a pig. The only person to ever care for him was a trainer named Topaz; he was the father that Garnet wished he had. Topaz was distraught with Garnet's death, but learned to move on. Tributes would come and go, but Topaz would stay, teaching them to do just as well as what Garnet accomplished - without the arrogance. Garnet would never know that he got adoration in the form of trainees looking up to be like him.
Third Place: Theo Cassius
District Two
Kill Count: 1
Theo's body was cremated in the usual, District Two tribute/trainee way alongside Delaney, a large bonfire in the yard attended by whoever wished to go. Theo was widely known for being kind to most trainees, and so, the cremation was large. Nobody came for Delaney; they came for Theo. His other closest friend, Phoebus, cried and cried until he couldn't no more. He trained and trained until his hands were bleeding. By the 70th Games, he broke the Training Centre rules and volunteered himself - he decapitated Annie's district partner, and soon drowned in the flood. Theo would scold him the minute they saw each other again.
Fourth Place: Addilyn Helix

Theo would scold him the minute they saw each other again.
Fourth Place: Addilyn Helix
District Three
Kill Count: 2
Addilyn's small body was shipped back to Three in a coffin that was far too large. Her parents, Data and Xenon, retrieved her coffin with glassy eyes and stony faces. Their daughter, whom they loved so much but never showed it, was dead. Their worlds had been turned upside down. She buried in their backyard, away from the local graveyard. They had always treated her more like a possession rather than a daughter, and now, it was too late. She would forever stay in the backyard, visited daily by a distraught and sometimes drunken Xenon, swallowed by guilt for wanting to be there all of Addilyn's life and never actually doing it.
Fifth Place: Gavan Dior
District Six
Kill Count: 0
Gavan's parents, Lorac and Kala, were known slobs and filthy pigs, who never tidied the house they lived in. It was no surprise to the district when it was proven Gavan had OCD. They struggled to collect his body, and so, authorities had to. Gavan's best friend Lei was forced to arrange the funeral for Gavan since his parents were incapable of doing so. A few attended and Lei read an eulogy. Cameron made sure to lay flowers on his grave when she visited Six, against the wishes of the Capitol and Peacekeepers attended. She had to. Gavan had saved her from insanity; the least he deserved was some flowers.
Sixth Place: Alto Boulevard
District Eleven
Kill Count: 1
Alto's death was nothing special in Eleven. A Scarecrow being reaped, whilst rare, always ended with their death. He was buried during Harvest, where his family were permitted to have the day off in order to bury him on the outskirts of the town, in the fields. It was attended by his siblings; Raven, Lyric and Crow, as well as his parents who couldn't cry for a boy they never got to know. It was a stony funeral and afterwards, Alto's siblings proceeded to never see their parents again.
Seventh Place: Koel Spelt
District Nine
Kill Count: 0
The one thing that Koel's parents, Crow and Oxalis were thankful for, was Koel's easy death. Their baby, so kind and mischievous, didn't deserve a brutal death - and he didn't get it. They didn't expect him to fall into unconsciousness and never wake up. That destroyed them. Koel's body returned to them in Nine, and quickly, Koel's coffin was laid to rest at the local cemetery in Nine. His funeral was attended by a few people, a small eulogy read by his best friend, dubbed Parakeet, because he always liked to talk. The Spelt family would forever hold hatred towards the Bracken family.

Eighth Place: Lorelei Avalon
District Four
Kill Count: 3
Nobody was more devastated by Lorelei's death than her younger brother, Dylan. He had always known the great lengths his sister would go through to ensure that she could provide for the family her mother had abandoned. Lorelei's body was set to rest the typical District Four way; cremated with the ashes scattered out into the sea. Her father, Merrick, soon drunk himself into a stupor one night and proceeded to kill himself. Dylan was finally left all alone; and he hated it.
Ninth Place: Tauria Copin
District Seven
Kill Count: 0
Tauria's morphling-addicted brother, Iean, never even realised Tauria had been reaped, nor had she died. He was far away from where news could travel, disconnected from his parents and life in general, absorbed by the drug. He would forever wander the streets, drugged up and out of mind. Eventually, news found him. Tauria's parents, Josephine and Thomas, buried her within the local cemetery, alongside her other family. No-one would ever know, but sometimes, late at night, people swear they see Iean, standing at Tauria's grave, crying into the night.
Tenth Place: Chord Wickers
District Ten
Kill Count: 0
Chord's body was quickly cremated the moment his coffin arrived back in District Ten. His ashes were then scattered over the fields he worked on, a small ceremony held by his parents, Cedric and Carine, and attended by his close friends. Chord was friends with everyone and it wasn't surprising when half of Ten crammed themselves onto the Wickers' farm. Sami's parents also attended, thanking the family for Chord's heroic efforts. He would forever be known as the boy with the angelic voice.
Eleventh Place: Stitch Hill
District Eight
Kill Count: 1
The Hill family had always been the richest in Eight and it came as a shock when their youngest child was reaped. They believed Stitch could do it, yet, his coffin came home all the same. The Hill family paid out for the coffin to be upgraded and designed better, before he was buried in a singular lot, private brought, in the graveyard. His funeral was attended by a few; his family, his sister Chenille, her husband Plaid and Stitch's friends Fleece and Flannel. That was all Stitch cared for. And he would have loved it.
Twelfth Place: Astor Sheen
District One
Kill Count: 0
Even though she never won like she wanted, Blackdamp managed to gain some of the recognition it deserved. A volunteer from Blackdamp had never happened before, and ironically, Astor's death became the movement; many poor, Blackdamp children were allowed to train at the Academy for a few days a week. Less compared to the richer children, but it was a start. Marvel grieved for his sister, and eventually, volunteered himself for the 74th Games where he was shot by Katniss Everdeen. His sister's death allowed him the training, and in a twisted sense, it was Astor at fault for Marvel's death.

Thirteenth Place: Mirana Capulet
District Eight
Kill Count: 0
Mirana's body was never collected by her family. After witnessing her death at the hands of Cameron Flinch, Mirana's brother, Ilosovic, went off the rails, leaving home one night and never returning. Some say he spends his life hidden, drunk or drugged, too afraid to face Mirana's death. He's sometimes spotted talking to himself - but maybe it's Mirana? Mirana's mother couldn't bring herself to accept the coffin, believing it to be plagued by monsters and demons, not her daughter's dead body Mirana's body was sent back to the Capitol, burned and stored with all the other neglected, fallen tributes.
Fourteenth Place: Zaira Havlin
District Eleven
Kill Count: 0
The Havlin family was distraught the moment Zaira's death was announced. Bolton and Floriela Havlin watched their daughter speared by the Four female and then lost her life in the lap of the attacker. Her father, Bolton, would forever swear vengeance against the Capitol for taking their only daughter's life. They tried to move on with their lives. After Zaira's announcement to her ally of her parents arguing, they promised to calm it, in memory of Zaira.
Fifteenth Place: Delaney Robb
District Two
Kill Count: 2
Her cremation, alongside Theo, was attended by a large amount, but none for her. Nobody liked Delaney and her flirtatious, aggressive ways. She made enemies but never friends. Theo was the exception, and even then, it was because she had dirt on him. Her lover and former trainer, Tibius, quickly moved on to the next bright-eyed and cold-hearted female. Delaney would never be missed; nobody liked her.
Sixteenth Place: Anastasia Burne
District Twelve
Kill Count: 0
Kill Count: 0
Anastasia's body was returned to her family back in the Seam. Somehow, they knew she wouldn't last, but that didn't make her death any easier to handle. Her father, Jay, struggled to support all three of his sons without Ana. Korwin took extra shifts in the mines, until eventually he became sick like his father. Jay soon died, leaving Korwin to look after Aaron and Leo. They survived; but barely. Anastasia's body was buried in the local graveyard with all the other fallen tributes from Twelve.
Seventeenth Place: Jack Ampere
District Five
Kill Count: 0
Cameron made sure to accompany Jack's coffin all the way to his doorstep. Jack's father, Jack Sr., collected Jack's body at the door from whilst his mother, Sequoia, cried and cried. Her baby, her eldest child, had died. Jack's brothers, Glenn and Elm, respected their brother more than he would ever realise. Cameron promised to help the family. She cried alongside his parents. She talked fondly of him alongside his brothers. She watched as his body was burned to ashes. Half were scattered at the Ampere property, Sequoia offering Cameron half to scatter at her wishes. Cameron did so in the backyard of her Victor's Village, underneath a large tree. She would spend many days out there remembering Jack before she was reaped once more.
Eighteenth Place: Gage Anton
District Three
Kill Count: 1
Gage's family weren't surprised by his act of killing Waverly nor his joining of the Careers - Gage forever loathed being lower than the top. The Anton family mourned their child and eventually buried him in the Three graveyard, as far away from Addilyn Helix as possible. Nobody understood why he hated her so much - nobody knew that Gage's father owed Addilyn's father a lot of money he couldn't pay. Gage just wanted to make things right in his own twisted, disturbed way.
Nineteenth Place: Fern Bracken
District Nine
Kill Count: 0
Fern's body was collected on the doorstep of her house by her parents, neither happy with her apparent antics. They never realised that the reason they had lost their jobs on the neighbouring farm was because of Fern's "revenge list". They didn't believe their boss when he said that Fern had torched the barn. All this time, they protected their daughter, and she lied, all because she hated to be beaten.

Twentieth Place: Timber Murdock
District Seven
Kill Count: 0
Timber's body was cremated as soon as he arrived home. Chip and Amber had lost one son, they couldn't bare to go through the pain of burying the second one. They always treated Timber unfairly, never really showing him any comfort or care. Now they wished they hadn't. His ashes were scattered near the lumberyard where Mason's "accident" had happened. They wanted the brothers to be reunited, even in death. They had no idea that Timber and Mason were always together.
Twenty First Place: Karli Hudson
District Six
Kill Count: 0
Karli's death was also not a surprise to the district. Karli had rarely taken anything seriously, and even her own family feared that Karli wouldn't take the fight to death seriously. Her body was never collected by any family member. Some say they didn't hear the constant knocks. Some day they just chose to wallow in self-pity and mourning. Her body was neglected, sent back to the Capitol to be burned and stored amongst many other ashes.

Twenty Second Place: Ashton Myers
District Twelve
Kill Count: 0
Ashton's death didn't come at a shock to anyone. No-one expected the little, crude boy to return home above all else. His parents had started to plan his funeral the moment his foot touched the stage. His death, though, came at a sickening shock, and Twelve declared their hatred for One. A tradition would forever be held, a rivalry between Twelve and One, stemmed by Ashton's death. Ashton was one of the many faces that Haymitch sometimes saw in his nightmares.

Twenty Third Place: Waverly Pond
District Four
Kill Count: 0
Waverly's death came at a surprise to most people - being the friend of Finnick Odair should have guaranteed him a place in the final three at the very least. But it showed that it didn't matter who you know, everyone is an individual. Waverly's death stunned Finnick and made him realise that the Games were more about killing and less about glory. Waverly's death alongside Annie's miracle victory was the main driving factor for Finnick to join the rebellion that soon failed during the 75th Games.
Twenty Fourth Place: Samia Carson
District Ten
Kill Count: 0
Sami's death was written in the stars the moment her name was withdrawn from the bowl. Her family overcame this fear by the interviews, knowing their daughter stood no chance. They accepted her death at the hands of Delaney Robb, and accepted her coffin when it arrived at the door. She was buried in the Ten graveyard, a small daisy placed on her grave each and every day. Sami's family thanked Chord everyday for keeping their baby alive and sane, even for a few days.
